Safety is Our Top Priority
If we can't do a job safely, it's not worth doing. Our employees are our most valuable assets. We have a safety center on site dedicated to safety. It’s a place where we conduct all of our safety trainings. The safety manager for AR Foreman Construction is Omar Barron. He conducts all the training in house starting on day one and believes the best way to teach is by hands on training. He trains our employees how to be as safe as possible.
Our trainings are done in English and Spanish so there is no language barrier. We train on PEC Safeland, OSHA and MSHA as well as H2S, First Aid/CPR training.
